Our daughter Natalie was only 3 1/2 when we lost Cassie and Horus. Still, she talks about them all the time, and really misses them. The inspiration for the mural came when my husband Bill told me he was going to stop opening the sunroof of his car when he ran errands with Natalie, because she spent the entire time looking up at the clouds trying to find Cassie and Horus. I decided to create a cloud mural showing the dogs as angels in the clouds, so they could watch over her, always.
